WEEKLY HEALTH GOALS
My group is starting off with the basics. For nutrition, eating 5 fruits and veggies every day. I was surprised how many people eat less than that. For exercise, the goal is to do something at least 3X/weekly, but you must get your target heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. People are starting with where they are, be it beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
